Currently we are shipping to Switzerland and Greece. In case you have a request out of the countries above, feel free to reach out to info@chalicejewellery.com and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.

Orders received before 11.30am (Central European Time) from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 11.30am (Central European Time) will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays and delivery problems on the part of the courier. 
   
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation email, which will also contain your tracking number. You can use this to track your CHALICE package at any time. If you have any further questions about your order, please contact us at info@chalicejewellery.com
   
Returns
If you are not happy with your order, feel free to reach out at info@chalicejewellery.com, or fill in the contact form.
   
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@chalicejewellery.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent. The cost of sending back items is covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
 
Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the old item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and assessed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@chalicejewellery.com.
