In order to achieve its perfect state and bring our jewellery to life, at CHALICE we use traditional methods and skills that can be an art in itself. Due to these hand made processes, you will sometimes find slight irregularities which are a part of the charm of handmade items. Semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls are unique and sometimes irregular. They are therefore likely to be a little different from those shown in the images due to their natural origin.

We ship all CHALICE products from Basel, Switzerland with SwissPost. We offer free shipping in Switzerland.

Returns: We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached. All return requests must be made within 15 days after the date of delivery.
